Hi there!

My name is Ghada Yared and I am an ICF and PAAC certified ADHD and Family Coach (PCC,ACG, CACP) as well as a Mental Fitness Coach.
My professional life reflects my curiosity and varied interests: Before becoming a Coach, I studied Law and Mediation and did quite a lot of volunteer work with NGOs across Lebanon. I enjoy human interactions above everything else and have completed a CPD Trainer’s certification to design and deliver training sessions to groups and teams, allowing them to develop and master skills in different areas of life.
I am currently Vice President of ICF Lebanon Charter Chapter and being part of this community has enriched my professional life tremendously.
I live in sunny Lebanon with my husband while my 2 children are happily launching their professional careers around the globe.
I grew up mostly in Europe where I studied throughout school and my college years.
My Oriental and European heritages are precious gifts that allowed me to embrace a rich melting pot of cultures, 3 fluently spoken languages (French, English and Arabic) and an insatiable appetite for people.
I am passionate about learning new things and adding enriching memories to my life album.

As a mom, over the years, I found myself having enlightening conversations with fellow parents, youth and professionals about the challenges involved in supporting children and teens to reach their full potential and their testimonials resonated deeply in me.
I define myself as a coach and a trainer because I find it so rewarding to watch others grow!
I’m passionate about empowering individuals, teams and families to design the lives they want to lead and uncover their incredible talents.
As for my ADHD, FAMILY and MENTAL FITNESS specialties, they allow me to coach and train audiences -of all ages- from a true understanding of how attention, distractibility and executive function challenges impact each person differently and thus, provide them with tailor-made strategies that will create a sustainable shift to their brain wiring, performance and overall well being.
